Logan's leadership extends to the Raleigh Police Joint Agency, where she chairs efforts to enhance crime prevention and community conditions. She also presides as Board President for Friends of Kennedy Park, advocating for the preservation of a vital greenspace. Her dedication is further demonstrated by the establishment of a local Farmers Market, showcasing her commitment to community wellbeing. City Council Super District 9, Position 3: Jeff Warren

Dr. Jeff Warren, elected to the Memphis City Council in November 2019, is a distinguished member of the council. He currently chairs the Parks and Environment Committee, serves as Vice-Chair of Public Services, Art, Youth Initiatives, Libraries & Neighborhoods, and acts as Council Liaison for the Healthcare Oversight Commission and Zoo. A Yale and Duke Medical School graduate, he has been a Memphis resident since 1989 and is a dedicated Family Medicine Physician, serving in various healthcare roles. Jeff's commitment to community service is reflected in his involvement with the Memphis City School Board and the Memphis Medical Society. His passion for community extends to his volunteer work and active role at First Presbyterian Church.
