2020 will be a pivotal year for Tennessee politics and it all hinges on the State House of Representatives. While the House seats are easily overlooked, they are crucial to Tennessee’s redistricting process and to stopping a radical TN GOP agenda. Currently, the Republicans have a “supermajority” in the House. Because of this margin there is little if any check on the flow of horrible policies enacted in the past sessions. To move Tennessee forward and to achieve a fair redistricting, we must first make gains in the House. Future901 has a plan to make that change. We are focusing our efforts in 2020 to support candidates that are going to flip State House districts. If we succeed, we can fight back against the gerrymandering that has stifled reform over the last decade.
